iKnoBall (“we,” “us”) is operated by Statusphere Solutions. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Information We Collect

• Email address — when you join the waitlist or create an account, we collect your email so we can notify you about the launch and let you sign in.
• Account & gameplay data — if you create an account, we use Firebase Authentication to manage sign-in and store your username, scores, rosters, and leaderboard stats so the game works across devices.
• Basic usage data — standard, non-identifying information (such as app activity) used to keep the service running and improve it.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to operate iKnoBall: to send launch and product updates, authenticate your account, power leaderboards and competitive modes, and improve the experience.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data to third parties. We use trusted infrastructure providers (Google Firebase for authentication and database, and our email provider for waitlist messages) solely to run the service. We never share your information for advertising.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely with Google Firebase. We retain it only as long as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Your Choices

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, and you can request that we delete your account data by contacting us. To make a request, email team@statuspheresolutions.com.

Children’s Privacy

iKnoBall is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
